In our effort to ensure we give our clients the best possible service, we offer property inspection trips to Cyprus from the UK.  The inspection trips we offer typically last three days and two nights and are at a minimal cost to you. 

We have a dedicated travel agent who can arrange your flights at a competive prices on your behalf Hardy homefinders will provide free accomodation for 2 people in one of our luxury villas. Should you require additional people to stay there will be a supplement charge of £40 per person per night children free of charge. Should you purchase a property through us this will be refunded in full. Airport  transfer will also be provided free of charge.

When you arrive, our dedicated property consultants will meet you and show you the Paphos/Limassol area, to help you decide on the perfect location for you and to give you a taste of the beautiful Mediterranean lifestyle.  Once we have an idea of your needs, we will show you the appropriate properties.  During the day, we will also introduce you to our showroom.  There, you will be in a position to select everything that a home needs to completely furnish it!

Inspection Trip Villa

This is one of our attractive luxury villas with private pool, available for inspection trips. It is located at in the peaceful village of Anarita, Paphos. It is also located just a short drive from Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley golf courses. The accommodation has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and accommodates up to 6 people. Facilities include air conditioning, remote control fans, lights, fly screens and cable TV/DVD. Opened plan living/kitchen area with fridge freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table and chairs. Living area with leather suite, outdoor dining area with barbeque and casual seating area. Master bedroom has ensuite and a balcony with beautiful sea views especially at sunset.

Participation Fee

Upon qualification for an inspection trip, there will be a non-refundable fee per person. The amount is a contribution to the overall cost of the inspection trip, which is subsidized. The trip is subject to availability and agreement to the terms and conditions below.

Terms and Conditions

Please note you are under no obligation to purchase during your visit, however should you find a suitable property you will need to be in a position to pay a reservation deposit of approximately £2,800 (€3,500) by visa/debit card.

We are pleased to subsidize your visit on the understanding that you meet with our representative and visit the carefully pre-selected properties. Otherwise you will be liable to pay the cost of the full trip. You are strongly advised to take out holiday cancellation/insurance.
