Hardy Homefinders is an independent property search and buying consultancy.  Whether you are looking for a permanent home, holiday home, rental or investment property Hardy Homefinders can help you through the process.  We pride ourselves in offering our clients a complete package and work closely with you to ensure your purchase goes smoothly.

Our aim is to listen to your requirements and find the perfect property.  Every client is different and we offer a bespoke service according to your needs.

Stage 1

We will arrange a meeting to discuss your requirements.  This may be face to face at one of our roadshows or via the telephone.  We will discuss the type of property you are looking for, desired location and other requirements. For some clients proximity to good schools or golf courses are top priority and for others it may be sea view.  Once we have a clear idea of what your budget and requirements are, we then get to work creating a portfolio of potential properties that meet your requirements.

Stage 2

When you are ready to proceed we can arrange for you to view your short listed properties.  We will offer you the opportunity to come on one of our 3 or 4 day subsidized inspection trips where you can visit the locations and properties with no obligation to purchase.  Alternatively, you may have already planned a visit to Cyprus and we would be happy to meet up with you and show you as many or as few of the the properties that meet your criteria.

Stage 3

When we have found your ideal property you will need to pay your reservation fee to the developer.  At this stage we will introduce you to our solicitor who will help you through the legal process.  As all the paperwork is in English it is relatively straightforward.  We can also help you with foreign exchange and mortgages ir required.

Stage 4

If your property is off plan we will keep in touch with you, send you regular updates and liaise with the developer as required.  When your property is ready for delivery we can either arrange for delivery of furniture packages at competitive prices or advice you of hwere to buy your furniture and soft furnishings within your budget.

Relocation

If this is a permanent move for you and your family we can advise you about schools, taxes etc. and can recommend Anglo Pacific for international removals.

Holiday Lets/Investment Properties

If you want to let your property to friends and family we can provide a property management service.  We can arrange for airport transfers, welcome grocery packs and a cleaning and pool maintenance service if required.

Alternatively if you wish to rent out your property long term or for general holiday lets we will put you in touch with Holiday letting companies.
